1. Acceptance

By using MunAI ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Pricing and payment

Our current pricing is described on the Pricing page. You pay for credits used for transcription, live captioning, and text-to-speech. Prices and tiers may change with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Refunds are handled in line with our payment partner's and our own refund policy.

3. Custom and bulk rates

If you need heavy usage, volume discounts, monthly billing, or custom enterprise pricing, contact us at info@munai.dev. We can arrange plans that suit your workload and budget so you don't have to worry about per-use costs for high volume.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to transmit harmful or abusive content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service (e.g. to process and store your audio/transcripts and deliver results). We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models without your consent.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, except where prohibited by law.
